1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KULTR platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on KULTR for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Harass or harm other users

4. Event RSVPs

RSVPs are subject to availability and confirmation. KULTR reserves the right to manage event capacity and admission policies. Venue policies apply independently and may be enforced at the discretion of venue management.

5. Content

All content on KULTR Sessions is for promotional and cultural appreciation purposes. All tracks remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on KULTR are provided on an 'as is' basis. KULTR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitations

In no event shall KULTR or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on KULTR.

8. Changes to Terms

KULTR may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms.
